
My story
I suffered from stress for years and didn't take enough care of myself. Until eventually, I reached a breaking point.
Looking back on the last 10 years of my life today, I recognize that I suffered from stress repeatedly over a very long period. My body kept telling me that I should take care of myself, but I didn't listen for a long time.
The first time it became quite clear, and I was on the verge of burnout, I took the "easy" way out. I blamed everything on external factors and quit my job. Unfortunately, that didn't solve my problem in the long run. Stress continued to build up in my new job over the years until it just became too much.
I was then on sick leave for almost half a year, received therapeutic support, and spent 6 weeks in a psychosomatic rehabilitation clinic. So, I went through the whole program!
During this time, I learned so much about myself and made the decision to really face my issues this time!
I asked myself: Why does it keep happening to me? Why does stress affect me more than others?
In therapy, I mostly understood the origin of my problems but struggled to implement real change.
Coaching helped me change old thought patterns and update my mindset.
I found long-term and, above all, suitable solutions to face future challenges with more serenity. And since then, everything has changed for me!
I feel fulfilled, balanced, and have more energy for what really matters to me.
I can get excited about my work again and am full of enthusiasm without falling back into old patterns. Making important decisions is much easier for me now. I now see stress as something positive: because stress can give you the necessary energy to temporarily focus on overcoming challenges.
I am incredibly grateful to myself for having the courage to face my issues and work on myself so intensively!
I have been practicing as a coach for over 3 years and have been a certified life coach (DBCA) since the beginning of 2022. I completed my one-year training at the renowned Dr. Bock Coaching Academy in Berlin.
